  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or new drops, processing times may extend by 1–3 days.

2. Shipping Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

Within India:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Metro Cities may receive orders faster
  • Remote or rural locations may take additional time

International Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 10–21 business days (depending on country and customs)
  • Additional delays may occur due to international customs clearance

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a minimum order value (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates depend on courier partner systems.
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to reflect after dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, it may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping may require additional charges.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct.
The Mantle Company is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. Delays & External Factors

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or operational issues with courier partners
  • High-volume seasons
  • Customs delays (for international orders)

We will assist you in tracking the order but cannot control courier timelines.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors, guards, or household members first.
  • We will help initiate an investigation with the courier, but replacements are subject to courier resolution.

9. International Duties & Taxes (For Global Orders)

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
  • Each country has its own customs regulations.
  • The Mantle Company is not responsible for additional charges once the order enters the destination country.
