Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The item was not marked as Final Sale, Custom Printed, or Limited Drop (non-returnable).
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Custom orders with personalized text or prints
- Gift cards or digital downloads
Exchange Policy
We allow size exchanges only, subject to stock availability. Customers must bear the reverse shipping cost for exchanges unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
Return Process
- Email us at themantlecompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours with the return address.
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition. We recommend using a trackable courier.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange.
Refund Terms
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- In case of COD orders, store credit may be issued.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery via email. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
